Mod Blue I-Spy baby quilt

The Mod Blue I-Spy Baby Quilt is made from super soft designer cottons in a classic square patchwork. The twist is the ombre color placement, from dark navy, black and gray blocks, through the blue spectrum, up to some bright whites and neutrals.

The fun of the I-Spy (or Eye Spy) baby quilt is hunting for (and telling stories about) all the fun things hidden in there. Spaceships, octopuses, The Statue of Liberty; there is a lot to find in these fabrics.

Backed in a soft and whimsical navy castle blueprint, there’s plenty to spy on both sides. This quilt is layered with bamboo blend batting, quilted in straight lines with a spectrum of blue threads from light to dark, and framed with a bright blue crosshatch binding.

Approximately 40" x 49”, perfect size for a crib, toddler, or other tiny lap.

Pieced, quilted, and bound by me on my sewing machine. Prewashed for preshrinking and colorfastness in an eco-friendly product called Soak. Machine washable and dryable.
