Return and Refund Policies

Customer satisfaction is so important to La Bizarra Quilts! Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form if you have an issue with your order.

Fabric, Craft Supplies and Gifts

If any of these items in your order are missing, incorrect or damaged, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible (and within 15 days of receiving your order) for instructions on how to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a return/refund, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and follow our return instructions. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be returned in the original condition and packaging (if any) in which they were received, and any fabric must be uncut and odor-free. 

When your return has been processed and found eligible, you will be refunded for the returned item(s), minus the original shipping charges. 

PDF Quilt Patterns and Materials

Because digital PDF files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all PDF sales are final.

Custom Quilts

Due to the custom nature of keepsake quilts, La Bizarra does not accept or process returns or refunds on custom orders. Luckily, I offer open communication throughout your quilt's creation to ensure that you will be very pleased with the results.

Ready to Ship Quilts and Pillows

Ready to Ship Quilts and quilted items can be returned if you are not happy with your order, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were received (unused, no odors).

To be eligible for return/refund on quilts and quilted items, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and follow our return instructions.

For these items, You (buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges, and you will be refunded for the cost of your item, minus original shipping cost.
