Shipping policy
Shipping US/Domestic
We ship Monday through Friday from North Carolina, USA.
US orders over $100 ship free.
On all US orders under $100, there is a flat shipping fee of $7.75.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) of your order, unless otherwise noted. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders typically ship via USPS or Fedex, whichever is most efficient for your order.
Shipping for Custom Keepsake Quilt Orders
For custom keepsake quilts, you will be shipping your keepsake clothing or materials to me. For this purpose, a special lightweight shipping bag will be sent to you via US Postal Service at no additional charge upon your purchase of a custom keepsake quilt.
You will then be responsible for shipping charges of all keepsake items that you ship to La Bizarra Quilts. Upon completion, your completed quilts and/or pillows will then be shipped to you at no additional charge.
Shipping International
La Bizarra is happy to accept international orders. However, be aware that unpredictable and protracted shipping times can cause delays at multiple steps in the process, both shipping your items to me in the United States, and shipping your completed items to you. Estimated completion times will not include shipping delays, and in order to include appropriate tracking on your items (when possible) you may be charged an additional shipping fee before receiving your completed items. Please consider this extra charge before purchasing.
