Art Teacher Throw Quilt

Straight out of my 90’s dreams and into your heart. Paint was made to splatter!

This one of a kind stunner is made from a pattern by Modernly Morgan called Stardrops, and features a warm palette of oranges, reds, yellows, pinks and purples with some standout prints of paint splatter and text.

Backed in a super soft hot pink starburst print on unbleached white cotton. Quilted in a geometric meandering design, like a roadmap, with hot pink cotton thread.

Approximately 58" square, perfect size for an art teacher to keep warm in class, but works for any stylish lap or as a sofa throw; also works as a large statement piece on a wall.

Pieced, quilted with bamboo batting , and bound by me on my sewing machine. Prewashed for preshrinking and colorfastness, in an eco-friendly product called Soak. Machine washable and dryable.
