Quasar Rainbow Quilt

Modern Rainbow meets Classic Patchwork supermassive black hole.

The Quasar rainbow quilt is made from super soft cottons from designer Alison Glass, who is famous for the supersaturated hues of her modern prints. Made from the Atmosphere quilt pattern by Lee Heinrich.

Backed with a white and pastel subtle cross-stitch print, this is quilted with a rainbow of coordinating threads, in horizontal straight lines. A black and white binding frames this luminous galactic nucleus.

Approximately 55" x 65", perfect size for a small camper van bunk, an end-of-bed cozy, or for the full experience, warming your lap while you scour the internet for cool facts about space phenomena.

Pieced, quilted, and bound by me on my sewing machine. Prewashed for preshrinking and colorfastness, in an eco-friendly product called Soak. Machine washable and dryable.
