Daylight Sonata Quilt

Bright blue, hot pink and bold orange? Music to my ears.

This quilt is made from super soft designer cottons with musical and floral prints, primarily from designer Amy Sinibaldi. Look closely and you’ll see an orchestra of instruments, sweet berries, florals, windowboxes, and even a gramophone or two . A bright palette of orange and magenta, softened by blues and corals and pastel pink.

The quilt is made from the Bexford pattern by Jemima Flendt, and is quilted in horizontal straight lines with pink cotton thread. Backed with that luscious hot pink berry floral print.

Approximately 68” x 80", perfect size for a twin bed, or a generous lap or throw quilt, or for the full experience, draped across a glossy baby grand piano.

Pieced, quilted with bamboo batting, and bound by me on my sewing machine. Prewashed for preshrinking and colorfastness, in an eco-friendly product called Soak. Machine washable and dryable.
