Groovy Soul is made with a combination of sawtooth stars in bright quirky prints and Ohio stars in denim blue and cream. Look closely and you’ll find retro sunglasses, octopuses, palm trees, and gum wrappers. The quilt is made from a pattern by TheMakingsofJoy called the Mom & Pop.
In shades of royal blue, neon yellow, magenta, caramel, and bright grassy green, this quilt pops in a way that is both timeless and modern. A gorgeous one-of-a-kind quilt that will stand the test of time. That is what makes it heirloom quality.
Layered with bamboo blend batting, and backed with a moody blue-gray woven shot cotton, this quilt is quilted with a groovy wavy daisy design by professional longarm quilter Meghan of A Piece of Quiet quilts.
Approximately 77" square, perfect size for a full or double bed, a queen coverlet, a generous twin bed, or anywhere that your groovy soul desires.
Pieced and bound by me on my sewing machine. Professionally quilted as described above. Prewashed for preshrinking and colorfastness, in an eco-friendly product called Soak. Machine washable and dryable.
