• Spritz in Dark Turquoise for the binding

• Knuffel quilt pattern by La Bizarra Quilts (that's meee!)

• Small spool of Aurifil 50wt cotton thread in Bright Teal (#1320)

Not included (you will need):

• 3½ yards of backing fabric, or 2 yards of 108″ wideback

  • I recommend Cake Cone if you prefer wideback fabrics
  • or, Can-Can in Natural which is a print with plenty to look at

You don’t need a mountain of quilting experience, but you will need a little patience. This pattern uses stitch-and-flip piecing throughout, so there’s plenty of sewing to do. Take your time, enjoy the process, and let those fabulous prints do their thing.

💡 Why this kit?

The Knuffel pattern calls for 11 fat quarters at this size, but I’ve included 14 so you have extra options for fussy-cutting and playing with the placement of your favorite prints. There’s extra Can-Can in Flamingo, too, so you can give those block centers the attention they deserve. The fabrics are already paired, the background is sorted, and the binding is ready to pull everything together. All you have to do is sew.
