Custom Order Process

To order a bespoke quilt, you can purchase a Bespoke Quilt in your preferred size from the Custom Quilt Shop. You will then receive an email from me with questions about your color choices, design ideas, and preferences. There will be some back and forth via email as I try to pin down exactly what you’re looking for. Then you will get an email with an estimated time for completion. Once your quilt is complete, it will be shipped to you at no additional charge, and you will receive tracking information.

Keepsake Order Process

Upon ordering your keepsake item (baby clothes quilt, tshirt quilt, memory pillow) in your chosen size, you will be sent a greeting package via US Postal Service with an appropriately sized shipping bag and a detailed questionnaire about your quilt preferences.

You will then ship the bag back to me, filled with the clean clothing items you wish to upcycle into your keepsake item & your completed questionnaire. You will be responsible for these shipping costs only, which is why I have provided you with a lightweight shipping bag, to keep this cost low while protecting your clothing on its journey to me.

Once I have received your clothing items, I will send you an email with a more accurate time frame for completion of your keepsake item (within 6-12 weeks). Once your item is complete, it will be shipped back to you at no additional charge, and you will receive tracking information via email.

Not sure exactly what you want included in your quilt? That is okay! Ship it all. Anything that cannot be included in the final quilt can be returned to you, or donated, your choice.
