Shipping & Returns

Shipping Domestic

Shipping charges are built into the cost of each item. A greeting envelope will be shipped to you via US Postal Service at no additional charge. You will be responsible for shipping charges of all clothing items that you ship to La Bizarra Quilts. A lightweight shipping bag will be provided in your greeting envelope to help keep these shipping costs low. Your completed quilts and/or pillows will then be shipped to you at no additional charge.

Shipping International

La Bizarra is happy to accept international orders. However, be aware that unpredictable and protracted shipping times can cause delays at multiple steps in the process, both shipping your items to me in the United States, and shipping your completed items to you. Estimated completion times will not include shipping delays, and in order to include appropriate tracking on your items (when possible) you may be charged an additional shipping fee before receiving your completed items. Please consider this extra charge before purchasing. Contact me before ordering if you have any concerns.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of keepsake quilts, La Bizarra does not accept or process returns. Luckily, I offer open communication throughout your quilt's creation to ensure that you will be very pleased with the results.
