Aquamarine Scrappy Trip Quilt

The Aquamarine quilt is filled with quirky, modern prints and solid fabrics in a gradient of aquamarine shades, deep teal, cerulean, turquoise, cyan, sky blue, and hint of sea foam green. This is a traditional scrap quilt using a technique called Trip Around the World.
This quilt is backed with a speckled turquoise print with metallic accents. It has a bamboo blend batting and was professionally quilted by longarmer Meghan of A Piece of Quiet Quilts in a design called woven wind, with aqua colored thread.
Approximately 76” × 90”, perfect size for a twin, a double bed, those pesky extra long twin beds in dorm rooms.
Pieced and bound by me on my sewing machine. Quilted as described above. Prewashed for preshrinking and colorfastness, in an eco-friendly product called Soak. Machine washable and dryable.
