This quilt is made from soft gray linen, a plush plaid flannel, and super soft designer cottons in fun quirky prints from the Honeymoon fabric collection by Sarah Watts; she was inspired by her honeymoon in Costa Rica which you can tell from the sweet sloths, the hummingbirds, the gentle horses, the lush flowers. Perfect for a funky boho studio apartment, and yet works equally well on a camper van bed or a kid’s bunk.
In shades of deep magenta, vibrant yellow green, blue violet, soft pale pink, navy, indigo, black, and sky blue, this quilt pops in a way that is both timeless and modern. A gorgeous one-of-a-kind quilt that will stand the test of time. That is what makes it heirloom quality.
Layered with bamboo blend batting, and backed with a plush cobalt blue plaid flannel, this quilt is quilted in straight horizontal lines with ash gray cotton thread.
Approximately 60" x 66”, perfect size for a large sofa throw, small bed or camper bunk or for the full experience, on the beach in Manuel Antonio.
Pieced, quilted, and bound by me on my sewing machine. Prewashed for preshrinking and colorfastness, in an eco-friendly product called Soak. Machine washable and dryable.
