Neon Rift Bedroom Decor

I love this rock and roll quilt. I made this as a pattern test for the Rainbow Rift quilt pattern by Alisha at MoodyBabyShop. I decided to use only a narrow section of the rainbow, the neon section! I have been waiting to use this super rad neon lightning bolt print by Libs Elliott and it made the perfect background for her other prints, ranging in color from neon yellow to dayglow green to cyan to cobalt to navy to this amazing black splatter print called Venom.

The fractured lightning bolts really add to the shattered glass look of this quilt, and gave me Space Age vibes. That led me to this local library, which is a beautiful, curved silver Space Agey building.

I imagine this quilt lives in an early 90’s skater aesthetic. Snuggle under this quilt while eating super sour gummy worms and listening to mixed tapes. It will witness impromptu jam seshes on your Flying V. It will liven up even the most basic of rooms, and it is currently available in the Handmade Shop.
