The Garden Club quilt is
a perfect twin bed size, approximately 70 inches x 80 inches.
made from super soft designer cottons from a fabric collection by Melody Miller called Flowerland
a collection of Friendship Stars, a classic block pattern, arranged with modern flair
a warm rainbow of shades from hot pink, orange, golden yellow, verdant green, turquoise and navy
quilted with a sunny yellow thread
layered with bamboo blend batting
Machine washable and dryable
Professionally long-arm quilted by Meghan of A Piece of Quilt quilts in a modified Baptist fan pattern, called Baptist Sunrise, the Garden Club Quilt makes a bold and beautiful statement in any room.
A bright yellow binding frames up those sparkling stars. The backing is lightweight cotton substrate with a deep yellow butterfly print, echoed from the front.
Approximately 70" x 80", perfect generous size for a twin bed, or for the full experience, let it cover your flower…bed. Get it?! (Sorry.)
Pieced and bound by me on my sewing machine. Quilted professionally as described above. Prewashed for preshrinking and colorfastness, in an eco-friendly product called Soak. Machine washable and dryable.
